A Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Sanitarian, Charles provides HBCUlift with expert insight into facility safety, operational risk, and regulatory compliance—helping institutions maintain safe, high-performing environments. He ensures that campuses are safe, compliant, and operating at a high standard—bringing a level of scrutiny and expertise that most institutions simply do not have access to. Beyond his professional work, he has served as a volunteer football coach for over 20 years, contributing to multiple state championship programs, and remains actively engaged in community and civic leadership.
