He has held senior roles in education, telecommunications, and corporate leadership, including serving as Executive Director of Public Affairs for Frederick County Public Schools and President/CEO of Acela Technologies. A former U.S. Army Captain, he is deeply committed to community service, supporting organizations focused on education, healthcare, and global impact.
