Ed is a transformational operations leader and former Senior Vice President (Pharma) with over 30 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies like Sprint and Verizon Wireless, as well as high-growth firms including Equiscript and NovaSom. He has led over 1,000 direct reports and managed large-scale, global teams across the U.S., Philippines, and India.
A proven expert in contact center operations, process optimization, and customer experience, Ed has resolved multi-million-dollar issues and built communication systems still in use today. His early work at Sprint and Bell Atlantic Mobile uncovered critical operational gaps that contributed to large-scale growth and international success.
Beyond the corporate space, Ed is a committed leader in service and community—serving as a playwright for a mega church, leading scholarship initiatives, and reactivating his alumni chapter as Vice President.
