Known for her empathy and ability to connect with people at every level, she excels at turning questions, concerns, and challenges into meaningful, trust-based relationships.
Donna has built her career on listening first and delivering solutions that strengthen communities. Her leadership experience—including serving as a former president within her local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Vice President At Large of the University of the District of Columbia National Alumni Association reflects her commitment to service, collaboration, and impact.
